Carbide disintegrators are complete disintegration work centers for the removal of carbide impact buttons in drill heads and carbide tooling.

We offer a range of carbide disintegrators: A powerful compact/portable machine when it's impossible to bring the part to the machine, and table top models to handle parts of all sizes.

All of our carbide disintegrators include a power supply, disintegrating head, cabling and controls.

Model Series Selection

To select the carbide disintegrator that is right for you, first determine if you need portability or not. If not, then determine the size and positioning requirements of your work pieces. Our standard sizes for table size, column height and cross arm reach from the centerline of the head are listed below. Column height is measured from the top of the table. Taller pieces may be positioned on the floor for additional height.
