Disintegrator Accessories
Chuck Lock Nut
Part Number 1500
Used in conjunction with the spindle adapter to attach collets to the spindle.
Collets
Part Number A1504 - 040 through A1504 - 312 (see chart for details)
A collet is needed for each different diameter electrode. All collets fit into the spindle adapter and are held secure by the chuck lock nut. Electrodes larger than .312 diameter come with a 2" shank that will adapt to the A1504 -312 collet.

Coolant Filter

Our coolant filter fits all models and provides appropriate filtering of coolant for maximum performance.
Disintegration Splash Bag
Part Number A6457
Our handy disintegration splash bag keeps coolant and metal from splashing across the disintegration operating area. A fastener holds the top of the bag to the collet. It comes in packages of 50 bags with fasteners; collets are not included.
Electro Arc Water Primer

Clean coolant is critical to cutting efficiency and prevents damage to the coolant pump. Electro Arc Water Primer is a concentrated solution formulated with rust inhibitors to allow your machine to operate at its most efficient level. One 32 oz. Bottle mixed with water makes 20 gallons of solution. Water primer is available in a case of twelve bottles or a half case of six.
Electrodes

Molybdenum electrodes are available in a wide variety of diameters and come in 6", 9" and 12" lengths. Click here to see a chart of the appropriate electrode diameter for a variety of tap and drill sizes, for use in removing bolts, spiral, pipe and heli-tap taps.
Inspection Light Kit

Our powerful fiber-optic light is ideal for inspecting holes in work-pieces that have had a broken tool removed, as well as other hard-to-reach places. The 3/32" diameter probe doesn't obstruct your view and will snake around corners. It includes both 7" and 22" probe lengths. Extremely durable, the aluminum cased Mini-Mag light provides brilliant light. It is powered by two AA batteries that are included.
Magnetic Picks

A set of eight hardened magnetic picks that help remove particles of taps and drills disintegrated from your work piece. A variety of lengths and diameters to fit most any job.
