Model 2SAC Series

The Model 2SAC is a complete table top disintegration work center with the work support, head support and coolant system needed for an efficient disintegration process. The good-sized table makes it popular with manufacturers of small castings and machinery such as pumps and motor housings. Standard features: 813MM (32") wide x 813MM (32") deep cast iron work top with precision-ground surface and five T-slots to secure your work piece.   Steel base cabinet of heavy, reinforced frame construction that holds work top 813MM (32") above floor on four heavy-duty rubber wheel casters.   Disintegration head support system consisting of a 1270MM (50") high by 70MM (2-3/4") diameter column and a 762MM (30") long by 57MM (2-1/4") diameter cross arm for solid support. Additional feature standard on all Electro Arc table top carbide disintegrators:

• Compact durable head with 305MM (12") uninterrupted quill travel that makes and breaks an arc 120 times per second. It has a push button remote start, auto depth stop and limit switch. Any conductive material can be used as an electrode but molybdenum tubes are recommended.
